The Southern Regional School District invites you to join an immersive Arts experience featuring visual art, dance, drama and music, encapsulating the positive outcome of the Superstorm Sandy experience. On October 18th, 2022, students and community members will come together to depict the triumph and heroism that galvanized our community ten years ago this fall.
The culminating performance features "STORMWORKS," composed by world-renowned composer and conductor, Stephen Melillo, who will be conducting combined band and choral ensemble.
This unique event is inspired by the local communities and the indomitable collective spirit that turned what could have been a devastating experience into one that made all of us feel more resilient and more grateful for our families and friends and for what we hold important in life.
Proceeds are donated to The Alliance for a Living Ocean
